Single-origin beans are sourced from small family-owned farms in the Huila region of Colombia. Notes of Blackberry, Toasted Oregon Hazelnut, and Buckwheat Honey.  Roasted on our fully electric electromagnetic induction heated roaster.

Freshly roasted coffee tastes best after resting for 3 days. During this time, C02 trapped in the beans is allowed to escape from the degassing valve on the bag. We recommend using whole beans within 3 weeks after opening.
