The Outdoor Guitar™ is a carbon fiber composite polycarbonate travel guitar with a 20" scale length, bolt-on neck, and compensated saddle for each string. Injection molded in hardened steel molds at very high heat and pressure with carbon fiber strands that give the instrument a natural grain structure, greatly increasing strength and acoustics.
The Outdoor Guitar™ is tuned ADGCEA, which is like playing a standard guitar with a capo on the 5th fret. This gives the instrument incredible volume and projection for it's size. This baritone scale instrument is sometimes called a Guitalele or Guitarlele. You can play all of the same chord shapes of a standard guitar and ukulele.
Assembled with custom nickel plated precision geared tuning machines, D'Addario Pro-Arté nylon strings, and reusable box. Precision horn-shaped string slots have single point termination and provide an unstrained transition to the tuning machines.
