Setup note: We’ll need to slightly widen the bridge slots to fit the wound strings (standard ukulele strings still work fine if you switch back later). Wound strings wear carbon-fiber polycarbonate frets faster than fluorocarbon, so we recommend regular use of fret lubricant to help minimize wear over time.
